Tranquility during my night runs

When I go for my run at night, I would do my warmup at the pathway leading up to the garden track. During this moment of around 5 mins, most of the time I feel extremely calm. As if my desires were purged, I would care about competition no more. I feel at peace with myself - looking up to the moon and feeling the slight breeze.

The next thing is that I will be thrown into extreme situation, fighting hard to complete my 2.5km run.

A gift.

Seems like somehow, this gift is not going to be sent out afterall. The reason is I don't know the address and I won't be able to get the address or the recipient rather. This is so simple yet complicated. Sigh.

It's actually a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle that I pieced together all by myself. It is properly framed up now.

Can anyone adopt it? I am serious.

Almost 2 years after a freak cramp.

My left leg is getting no better, it was alright for a period of time. But now it has gone back to the same old state after the cramp, if not, worse.

Although I hate doing pull-ups and running 2.4km has become a dreadful thing for me, I still hope that it would not reach a stage where I have to get excuse from IPPT permanently.

A Last Wish

A child's last wish 10-year-old Colby Curtin died of cancer this week, but before she passed away, her final wish was fulfilled. The child had desperately wanted to see the new Pixar movie, "Up." Unfortunately, she was too ill to go to the theater. According to various articles within the Buzz, Pixar was told of Colby's illness. The company sent a representative to deliver a DVD for Colby to watch in her room. Though she could no longer see, her mother narrated the action. Colby died several hours after the movie ended, and searches on "up movie make a wish" and "colby curtin up" both soared.

RIP

What would you ask for if you knew you were about to die?

I might ask to watch a live NBA game, watch Kobe, LeBron and Yao Ming in person. This would need Yao Ming to migrate to the Cavaliers and would also cost me alot of $$$. Maybe not.

If you know me and we don't really see each other frequently, just come visit me when you know I am dying or rather, I tell you that I am dying. Don't make me tell you explicitly that this is my last wish. No smses or calls please. And if you were thinking of coming at a later date, forget it, cause I ain't a believer of the funeral thing -- my eyes would be close by then.

I have completed a gift

I completed phase 1 long ago. All by myself.

And phase 2 was done a few days ago after much time was spent on sourcing the best service available. Haha. Actually much of it was my own procrastination. lol.

Now what's left is phase 3, wrapping & delivery. Hmm.......Then it should be the end.

After everything is done, I will tell you what it is.

Mi ne komprenas...

I thought it was alright that I can't tell a real diamond from a fake. Bcos there are some things you can't just use your sight, you have to feel it.

It isn't alright. Bcos I can't feel.
